Chronic Tension HeadachesThese are a different kind of headaches that will normally last for a long periods, the pain is severe and it’s really hard to bear it. Though the doctors suggest us to take these pills for this pain, but if we get addicted to these drugs then we will really loose our internal defensive strength to withstand the pain. So always try to go to a good doctor’s suggestion while using these drugs. PreventionsAlways try to consult a doctor when the pain is severe and lasts long. Sometimes try to concentrate on your health conditions a bit apart from your daily activities. These headaches are caused due to hectic tensions so try to reduce your stress while you are at home, office or at some activity. Look for other mechanisms where in you can reduce your stress a lot, try practicing yoga and other pranic healing courses to reduce your tension. |
